To prepare an accurate quote, we typically need: • Photos of the entrance • Rough measurements (height & width) • Your preferred design or style • Whether you want automation Final measurements are always taken by our team before production.

Once the deposit is paid and final measurements are taken, production takes up to 30 working days, followed by installation scheduling.

We use a structured payment plan: • 50% deposit to start production • 30% payment when manufacturing is complete • 20% after installation

Yes, we offer supply-only options for certain products. However, for best results and warranty coverage, we always recommend using our professional installation service.
